This pic was sneakily snapped of our Head Chef, Chris, last Sunday fishing for his keys to close up. This was the last time we closed our doors over. Aptly Chris was one of the crew who has been part of the Bread & Bones family from the start - from hammering tables together for our opening to making that last batch of kimchi, each and every member of staff who has been with us have given it their all. And we can't thank you enough. The same goes to our own families who been through it all with us too! Muchos love for the support. From bao to burgers and In-N-Out pop ups in between, we've had a great journey and loved serving you, the good folk of Dublin along the way. We'll miss serving you all, and thank you so much for coming in and supporting an small local business, but it's on to new adventures and hopefully we'll see some of our aul favourites along the way!
